What does the polyvagal theory say about this? <\/span><\/p>\n<p>In the meantime, there are many exciting findings that are a great enrichment for us, and not only in yoga.<\/p>\n<p>Having a flexible nervous system increases heart rate variability, among other things, and contributes to our health.<\/p>\n<h5>But how does it work?<\/h5>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">In this workshop, we will look at how we can activate the vagus nerve in and with yoga. A meaningful mix of theory and practice awaits you.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-start para-style-body\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Including<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Asanas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Pranayama<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Meditation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Self-massage<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Toning<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-center para-style-body\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">This workshop is aimed at yoga practitioners, yoga teachers and anyone interested.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"_04xlpA direction-ltr align-center para-style-body\"><span class=\"JsGRdQ\">Whether you have been practicing\/teaching for a long time or are just starting out.
