Stefanie is one of the most renowned and well-known Yin Yoga teachers, and she was also my instructor. <\/p>\n<p>I am all the more pleased that we will now be teaching an exciting topic together:<\/p>\n<h4>Yin Yoga and Coaching for yourself and in teaching<\/h4>\n<p>In this module, we will explore various coaching techniques that you can use both for yourself and for your yoga classes.
