They need to reorient themselves.    <\/p>\n<p>Questions like &#8220;Who am I?&#8221;, &#8220;What do I want to do later?&#8221; and &#8220;Who do I want to be?&#8221; occupy teens.<\/p>\n<p>Yoga can be a helpful support here. Through physical exercises, teenagers experience their bodies as both powerful and flexible. What can I do if I&#8217;m nervous? Can&#8217;t fall asleep? What if my mind races too much? For all these challenges, we will collect ideas that we can give to teenagers for on-the-go use. Because ideally, our yoga integrates into our daily lives.
