I often get asked about money during and after the children’s yoga training courses.<\/div>\n
I often find that children’s yoga is “cheaper” than yoga with adults, and I wonder why.<\/div>\n
For one thing, working with children is a lot more challenging and also more responsible.<\/div>\n
On the other hand, parents often pay much more for other things (see tennis, piano, etc.).<\/div>\n
Children’s yoga teachers are generally well-trained and have invested money, time and a lot of love in their training, which should also be reflected monetarily.<\/div>\n
In our children’s yoga, the children also receive real added value that often lasts a lifetime. In addition to movement vs. rest, we strengthen resilience, discover unique skills and abilities, promote imagination, work on proprioception and strengthen executive functions and self-confidence (to name just a few). So why do we sometimes think that children’s yoga shouldn’t cost anything? I think it’s important not to sell yourself short. Prices always depend on the location and, of course, what costs you have as a children’s yoga teacher. I can only encourage you to take a price that makes you feel good and appreciated, also monetarily. Of course, it’s also nice to do something charitable, no question. If you can, please do! \"?\"<\/span><\/div>\n
This is also a wonderful part of our togetherness, but not only! You as a children’s yoga teacher can also live well and treat yourself = loving self-care! <\/div>\n
For community, with each other and for each other! Let’s work together to make this world a better place where our children like to live and are allowed to discover and live their individuality! <\/div>\n
