Por eso, es imprescindible encontrar momentos de calma y tranquilidad a todos los niveles. En este taller, queremos sumergirnos en un estado de calma y relajación. A través de diferentes técnicas de presión y estiramiento, relajaremos el cuerpo y calmaremos la mente.   \nEn esta tarde, aprenderéis técnicas sencillas para aliviar tensiones y haceros bien mutuamente. Experimentaréis ambos roles, tanto el de dar como el de recibir. Juntos, nos sumergiremos en el arte del contacto.
