Which way to Samadhi, please????

In Ashtanga Yoga, the eight-limbed path according to Patanjali, Samadhi is the eighth limb; in the Bhagavad Gita, it appears in the second chapter. But what does Samadhi actually mean?
Sometimes you read about advanced yogis and those who (think they) already know pretty well how it works. Sometimes Samadhi is equated with enlightenment.
Only you can find out what it means for you, because that’s what the scriptures and ancient philosophical texts are for: self-exploration. ?❤
You are not told what to do or how to do it. The same applies to the eight-limbed path, which is not a ladder you climb rung by rung to finally: Ta-da! achieve enlightenment.
? That’s why I personally love the concept of the beginner’s mind so much.
Yes, I’ve been practicing yoga for 25 years, but I am still a practitioner, a student, and not infrequently a complete beginner. Things I thought I had explored slip away from me again and want to be (re)discovered. And yet I am incredibly grateful that I get to grapple with myself again and again. Without yoga, the last 24 months would certainly have been even more difficult…
Because the stillness, the coming to rest, helps me to become clearer again, to stay with myself. Especially when the outside world intervenes so strongly.
Perhaps we should practice staying with ourselves even more. Because as my wonderful teacher Eberhard always beautifully quotes from his teacher: The problem is you (me). The solution is you (me)!
In this spirit, I wish you many quiet moments. Moments of introspection, self-exploration, of being all-one (alone)!
The wonderful in me greets the wonderful in you – we are one?
