Yoga has always been more than just a method for me.

Since 2015, I have been passing on my knowledge as a trainer, lecturer, and speaker. I worked as a freelance lecturer at universities of applied sciences, including in the areas of communication and special education. A professional and academically sound orientation of my work is very important to me. I am also a member of the scientific advisory board of BDYoga.

In 2017, I developed Thai Children’s Yoga®. A project that is still especially close to my heart today.

In 2019, together with my husband Michael, the connection between yoga and coaching was added. This gave rise to PsYoCo® – Psychological Yoga Coaching, as well as training to become a coach for children, teenagers, and families.

In addition, I have published several professional books and numerous specialist articles. Passing on my knowledge is part of my work. At the same time, I have remained a learner and continue to educate myself constantly. All new insights flow into my work and enrich it.

This is the path I continue to follow today with my work. With professionals who take responsibility, remain curious, and truly want to understand and strengthen children and teenagers.

From all my experience, I am able to design individual and practice-oriented training courses for you, your organization, and your professionals.

The content of my training courses should not only be understood but also be applicable in everyday pedagogical practice.
