único – Empowerment for Families: Strengthening Individuality & Living Community

único is Spanish and means ‘unique’ in German. Every person is unique, and that’s why I’ll support you individually on your journey. So there’s no ready-made program, but rather your very own individual and unique journey!

Único is a twelve-week support program, during which I will work with you individually to develop how you can lovingly and harmoniously shape your parent-child relationship and how to better handle challenging situations together.

For this, you’ll receive foundational knowledge from me about human development and various tools from pedagogy, communication, and coaching. Through practical exercises, we’ll develop coping strategies for your daily life and reflect on everything. You’ll receive targeted personal and individual support, all in a highly personalized 1:1 online-live setting.

What makes it special: You don’t just get my expertise, but if needed, also that of my husband, who is also a very experienced educator, psychological counselor, coach, and supervisor. Together, we have already written two books and successfully designed training programs for them. This means we can address your needs individually and accompany you on your journey. Here, I combine my experience from nearly 30 years as a social pedagogue working with people of all ages, and of course, my own experiences as a mother. I have sound practical experience, as well as extensive further training, especially in supporting children and teenagers with challenging behaviors. I am happy to share all of this with you, because change is always possible and sometimes it’s easier than you think. Do you have questions? Write to me and we can arrange a free introductory call to clarify your needs!

My Offer for Yoga Teachers:

Perhaps you know this?

You’ve completed your (children’s) yoga teacher training and are full of enthusiasm. You prepare your classes and look forward to finally getting started. But suddenly you hear that little voice whispering to you: “You can’t do it. You don’t have enough experience yet. You’re not well-trained enough. You’ll make a fool of yourself. …”

Or are you already teaching classes, and things aren’t running smoothly? Is there a child/teenager/student who challenges you greatly? Do you feel uninspired? Do your classes exhaust you?

Perhaps you’re also facing a new challenge (e.g., a different age group, an unfamiliar setting, etc.).

A variety of tasks await us. Sometimes they are easy to manage, often they seem like insurmountable hurdles. We can’t always move forward alone. An outside perspective on the situation can be helpful to dissolve thought patterns that hinder you and to develop a new approach.

I well remember my beginnings and also difficult moments working with challenging behaviors. After almost 30 years of working with people of all ages and needs, I have a wealth of practical experience that I’m happy to share with you.

So, what can I do for you?

Together, we’ll look at what you need and how we can solve the “problem”. One possibility is that I accompany you to your class, observe it, and then discuss/process it with you.

Coaching is also possible in a one-on-one session without a prior visit to your class. Both online and live.

Additionally, I offer you the opportunity to work on topics holistically, meaning we utilize the possibilities of yoga and coaching tools and combine them.

My many years of experience and diverse education and training allow me to work in a very individualized way.

Thus, I also offer coaching in conjunction with yoga, as yoga coaching.

We tailor the coaching specifically to you and your needs. Because everyone is unique and needs something different.

Very important: Humor and heart are a must!
