This weekend I was able to teach in the capital again. For the association Moment.mal I taught two workshops that revolved around children’s yoga and especially the pedagogy in children’s yoga. I was able to meet great people and again I have come a little closer to my vision that all children will come into contact with children’s yoga, mindfulness and relaxation techniques in their growing up.
I have been supporting the association almost from the beginning as a sponsoring member and also with my expertise in workshops for its members and cooperation partners. It is always touching to see how much commitment and heart the people accompany children with.
