Registration

Your registration is binding upon receipt of the confirmation email!

The fee for seminars, workshops, courses, individual lessons, and coaching sessions is transferred according to the invoice or paid in cash on site.

The user is responsible for ensuring that the amount is received on time.

The payment of the registration fee for workshops, seminars or training courses is due no later than 14 days after registration and confirmation. If registration is received less than 14 days before the event, the transfer must be made immediately after receipt of the registration and confirmation by email, including the invoice. Only then is the place secured!

Cancellation

The contract can be canceled within 14 days of conclusion. This must be done in writing by email to: frag (at) sandra-yoco.de

Individual lessons/Coaching: Cancellation due to illness or similar must be communicated up to 48 hours before the agreed appointment, after which 50% of the agreed price will be charged.

Workshop/Seminar: If you cancel up to 14 days before the start of the event, 50% of the seminar price will be refunded. No refund can be made for later cancellations, nor in the event of no-show. A substitute participant can be named.

Training/Further education: If you cancel up to 8 weeks before the start of the event, 75% of the seminar price will be refunded. If you cancel up to four weeks before the start of the event, 50% of the costs will be refunded. No refund can be made for later cancellations, nor in the event of no-show. A substitute participant can be named.

We recommend seminar cancellation insurance.

Change / Cancellation

We reserve the right to change the advertised dates, the premises, or the schedule. We will inform you of any changes on our website or by email (if you are registered as a participant).

Seminars, workshops, courses, coaching sessions, or individual lessons may be canceled or postponed due to illness of the speaker or other reasons.

In case of cancellation, the contributions paid will be refunded.

Please understand that we must exclude liability for any additional costs (e.g. hotel bookings, train or plane tickets, etc.).

Image and sound recordings

Image and sound recordings by participants during the event are prohibited.

Photographs and video recordings taken during the seminars may be used by Sandra Walkenhorst for advertising purposes in audiovisual and print media without compensation, without any limitation in terms of time or space.

Liability

Participation is at your own risk and responsibility.

By registering for a workshop, seminar, course or individual lessons, the user assures that they will voluntarily participate in the (yoga) exercises offered and will not exceed their abilities.

Self-inflicted damages are therefore not the responsibility of the course instructor!

For damages caused by negligence that fall within the area of responsibility of the course instructor, the course instructor is liable after review within the framework of the legal provisions with a professional and business liability insurance.

Data protection

The user agrees that their data may be collected, processed, and used for the following purposes:

• Filing of participant list (name, address, phone, date of birth, email)

This data will be used and processed in compliance with the data protection law.

The collection, processing, and use of the data is voluntary and can be revoked and refused at any time with effect for the future without adverse consequences.

Final provisions

Agreements deviating from this contract are only effective if they are agreed in writing.
